MTI Film has a long history of providing innovative, ground-breaking solutions to the post production industry. Introduced in 1997, CORRECT DRS™ offered a breakthrough approach to automate the digital restoration of motion pictures, quickly becoming the worldwide standard for DI and film restoration.

With the 2002 introduction of its software for Intel PC based platforms, MTI Film now offers post-production and broadcast companies the highest quality suite of image processing tools required for image correction and conversion. This bundle of applications creates a centralized digital intermediate workflow that allows its users to significantly reduce throughput time and hardware maintenance costs.

In 2004 MTI Film introduced CONTROL Dailies, a revolutionary, concurrent workflow for facilitating motion picture dailies. Ingesting from film, HD VTRs, or 2K DPX files, CONTROL Dailies provides an efficient and flexible process that encompasses all facets of the dailies workflow. CONTROL Dailies users have provided high quality service for many motion picture and entertainment television productions.

MTI Film has been recognized with awards from the Advanced Technology Program of NIST and from many major trade publications, including the NAB Pick Hit Award from Broadcast Engineering.

MTI Film sells and services worldwide direct or through its reseller network to digital film mastering facilities, archival restoration and image processing facilities, post houses, government agencies, and broadcasters.
